International Delegates

HealthNutriX-2027 welcomes participants from around the world. International attendees are responsible for arranging their own visa, travel, accommodation, and related documentation in accordance with Italian entry requirements.

Schengen Visa

Italy is part of the Schengen Area. Delegates who require a Schengen visa should apply through the Italian embassy or consulate in their country of residence. Processing times vary, so we recommend starting your application well in advance of June 09–11, 2027.

Invitation Letters

Registered delegates may request an invitation letter from the conference secretariat to support their visa application. Please complete your registration first, then contact us with your full name, affiliation, passport details, and registration reference.

• The organizing committee cannot guarantee visa approval.
• Check official government sources for the latest entry rules before travel.
• Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
